The second quarter of 2010 Aleesha has become a leading female bodybuilder. Aleesha Young was born 1984 to an athletic family. Although her dad was an athlete Aleesha's siblings were involved in activities like ice hockey. Aleesha is a multi-sport athlete like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was given her professional card for winning her first championship at NPC USA Championships 2014 But she first started in the year 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro was her first time competing with a 9th-place finish. In 2015, she maintained her 9th-place finish. Aleesha was a participant in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in the years 2015 and 2016. Aleesha has steadily progressed and was able to take the first professional title: the Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020 the bodybuilder completed the best WOS Rising-Phoenix performance as she was ranked fourth. In spite of this, "Worlds strongest mom" was forced to take a time off from bodybuilding because of health concerns.
